Hi, I’m Julie!
I’m a self-taught home cook who lives in St. Louis, with a passion for empowering healthy-curious people like you to discover the amazing things real food can do for your body, mind and spirit, and coaching you to become your own favorite home cook.
I believe that when we cook for ourselves and our people, we’re committing a radical act of love.
Why is it a radical act of love, you ask? Because the act of cooking forces us to slow down, be mindful of our individual senses, appreciate the beauty of the ingredients themselves, take full ownership of the food we’re about to eat, and accept the sometimes imperfect. No restaurant or food manufacturer could ever give you that. To give that gift to yourself and your people is pure love right there.
So I’m here to give you the tools, inspiration and confidence to become your own favorite cook. I promise, when we start working together, you’re going to learn something new about yourself and have so much fun!
